Architecture Specialty is mainly to train the Applied senior project technicians who will engage in architecture design, urban planning and design, indoor design, scenery landscape design, historical relic building protection, construction technology design, project planning and management and scientific research and architecture education with rich knowledge background on science, engineering, humanity and art.
The students majored in architecture mainly study the basic theory and knowledge on architecture and engineering technology and receive the training in basic architecture theory, the process and method of architecture designing, building and environment, comprehensive analyse and designing expressing.
Main courses are: architecture design foundation, architecture design and theory, building mechanics, building structure, building material and structure, art, building history in China and the overseas and theory, construction physics, construction facilities, etc.
There are 3 training directions including architecture design, art design of building and environment and design and project technology.
